Weeks Falls

Olallie State Park is only a few exits down from where we’re staying in Washington. There’s a small hydro installation along the Snoqualmie River; from the right angle, it feels like a movie set.

I’ve been toying with the 65:24 - the XPan - ratio. I’ve used it before off and on, I’m still not sure how I feel about it. It’s…gimmicky? I don’t know, but I think it fits the “cinematic” (ugh) feeling in this location.

It’s important to keep experimenting! All these years in and I don’t know if I have a “feel” or “look” in my photos…but I don’t really care! It’s still fun.
