I remember when Alfa of Tacoma was still open, I think circa 2018? Apparently the owners retired; nobody has moved in and the building has been left to deteriorate.

Opera Alley, just up from McMenamins.

McMenamins is in the old Elks Temple building. They spent years refurbishing it; it’s now a five-level building, each level has its own bar. It’s also a small hotel.
