Glacier On Film

We spent a week or so checking out the sights in Glacier with family. I only brought one camera: my black painted Leica M3 sporting the Summilux 50mm f1.4, metering with a cheapo TTArtisans hotshoe mount. Turns out the meter consistently reports an overexposure of 1 to 2 stops, resulting in underexposed photos.

The results aren’t great. But hey, live and learn. And test your gear.

Like I said…not great. They’re fine. I’m probably going to stick to digital for the next big trip like this - it may not be more reliable, but at least I can tell immediately if something is dramatically bad. On to the next one.
